About This

  • 1" NPT INLET AND OUTLET PORTS — confirm your existing plumbing is 1" NPT before ordering. This housing does NOT fit 3/4" NPT or 1-1/2" NPT systems (those are sold under different ASINs). High-Flow Polypropylene (HFPP) cap with pressure relief button
  • FITS ALL 10" BIG BLUE CARTRIDGES (10" x 4.5" heavy duty) — sediment, carbon block, or specialty filters from Pentair and most major brands. FILTER CARTRIDGE SOLD SEPARATELY
  • DOES NOT INCLUDE mounting bracket, mounting screws, or housing wrench — all sold separately. Brackets are NOT interchangeable with standard 10" x 2.5" brackets (Big Blue bolt pattern is 3" x 3", 4" center to bend)
  • LEAK PREVENTION — tighten sump to hand-tight plus 1/4 to 1/2 turn (do not over-tighten).
  • HEAVY DUTY VERSATILITY — for high-flow and heavy-sediment whole-house applications. Pressure relief button on cap for easy cartridge changes
