The housing body is made of reinforced polypropylene for strength and resistance to chemicals, and the blue cap is made of high-flow polypropylene for toughness. The cap has 3/4" inlet / outlet brass ports which allowed better sealed connections to the corresponding pipes. 10” Standard 5 Micron Sediment & Carbone Filters are Used for effectively removing most sediments and chlorines from water
• POINT OF USE: This System for use in various applications and is usually placed in the main water line entering the house including, but not limited to residential drinking water filtration, well water filtration, food service, and irrigation. A pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap releases pressure in the housing for changing filter cartridges. Unique cap design allow quickly and easy to remove housing to replace cartridges. Transparent housings body allow visually to determine when cartridges should be changed
