Requires 1 x 60A double-pole breaker and 6 AWG copper wiring with ground. Hardwired installation is required. Unit size: 9.7"W x 14.1"H x 3.3"D; water connections: 1/2" NPT. Please confirm your home’s electrical capacity and installation requirements with a qualified electrician before purchase
  • DEMAND HOT WATER: This instant electric water heater delivers up to 3.1 GPM under suitable inlet-water temperature and temperature-rise conditions. Advanced self-modulating heating automatically adjusts power based on incoming water temperature and real-time flow rate to help maintain a stable outlet temperature. Adjustable temperature range: 86°F–140°F. Ideal for 1–2 bathroom homes in mild to moderate climate conditions
  • FOR SINKS, POINT-OF-USE & ONE SHOWER IN WARM CLIMATES: Designed for different applications depending on inlet-water temperature and hot-water demand. In warmer climates, the WN13 can support one shower under suitable flow and temperature-rise conditions. In colder climates, it is better suited for sinks, office breakrooms, point-of-use applications, low-flow fixtures, or use as a booster water heater
  • SELF-MODULATING ON-DEMAND HEATING: The WN13 heats water only when hot water is needed and automatically adjusts power output according to real-time water flow and the selected temperature. When water demand decreases, heating power is reduced accordingly, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption and standby heat loss compared with traditional storage tank water heaters
  • COMPACT, ETL CERTIFIED & BUILT FOR SAFETY: Measuring only 9.7"W x 14.1"H x 3.3"D, the compact wall-mounted design saves valuable space and is suitable for under-sink and point-of-use installations where installation clearance allows.
