About This

• 1. 40 Micron Brass Sediment Filtration: This premium inline filter features a 40μm 304 stainless steel mesh cartridge with a dual-layer filtration design, boasting a maximum flow rate of 12 GPM. Water passes through the outer mesh to the inner core, trapping sediment, silt, rust, debris, fluff, and fine particles—effectively blocking scale formation in both well water and municipal tap water systems.
• 2. Prolong Equipment Life & Cut Costs: Compatible with washing machines, water heaters, toilets, showers, ice makers, dishwashers, RVs, and faucets, this filter stops sediment buildup and scale deposits. By preventing clogs, rust, and corrosion in your water-using appliances, it reduces the need for frequent maintenance, saves time on repairs, and ensures consistent access to high-quality water for daily use.
• Key Advantages of Our Brass Filter: a) High-precision 40μm stainless steel screen for reliable filtration; b) Durable brass top housing with nano-blasting treatment—explosion-proof, rust-resistant, and corrosion-proof; c) Tool-free cartridge cleaning/replacement (no need to disconnect fittings—simply twist the transparent lower tube); d) Impact-resistant transparent tube (withstands 15,000 cycles of 80PSI water hammer) for easy monitoring of filtration status;
• 4. Versatile Multi-Scenario Use: Designed for broad compatibility, this inline sediment filter works perfectly as a washing machine filter, shower filter, water heater filter, and RV water filter. It’s also ideal for water pumps, boilers, car wash systems, spas, boats, and garden hoses—suitable for both residential and outdoor/portable water setups.
• 5. Tool-Free Installation & Reusable Design: No plumber required! This filter fits standard 1/2" and 3/4" internal/external threaded equipment (equipped with US-standard threads). Simply attach the brass threaded fitting to the inlet and the plastic connector to the outlet—installation takes minutes. Operating pressure range: 0.1-0.4 MPa. The stainless steel mesh cartridge is reusable: remove it from the support frame, rinse thoroughly under running water, and reattach—no reduction in TDS levels.
